WHAT'S
NEW? - REIA 2002 |
|
- This is the biggest "jump" for the program;
The 98 version was the first to be released to the
public and it contained only one workbook; The
2000 version included many charts and new
features, it was also the first one to receive the
"Editor's Pick" by CNet. Then, in the 2001
version the program was completely redesigned and
split into different workbooks to maximize its
performance. Now, in the 2002 version: |
| -
Compare up to 3 different analysis at the same
time |
| -
Faster "SAVE" function: You can
now "save" an analysis in the
"store" worksheet in about 2 seconds. |
| -
You can now control each unit income (and rate
changes) independently |
| -
You can now control all expenses independently |
| -
You can now "save" up to 12 different
analysis in the same workbook |
| -
The program now calculates the lender's internal
rate of return for all loans. |
| -
Many new interactive charts |
| -
This version is also much easier to use than the
previous version. |

WHAT'S
NEW? - REIA VERSION 14.0 |
| -
New "14.0" version: May 12, 2003
(there was no Version 13.0 released to the public) |
|
-
The "INC" page (Income page) has been redesigned
so that users can now "select" the number of units
that will be used on the analysis.
In REIA V12.0; If you had 10 units in your
analysis and you wanted to change to 2 units; you
would need to delete the other 8 units.
Now in REIA V14.0, you do not need to delete the
other units you are not "using"; you just select
"2", and the program will only include the 2 units
that you want in the analysis. |
|
-
The "STORE" page has also been redesigned to
make "LOAD" times much shorter. If in
REIA V12.0 you had to wait 60 seconds to "LOAD"
one analysis from the "STORE" page; now in REIA
V14.0 you will probably have wait only 30 seconds. |
